Hello, my name is Josie and welcome to my website. I am a reflexologist working from Gillingham and Maistone, Kent. My practice is easily reached from Chatham, Rochester and Rainham, Kent. I am a fully qualified Reflexologist.
Reflexology involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, hands or face to effect a change in the body and takes a holistic approach to healing.I studied at the Philip Salmon School of Reflexology in Potters Bar. I am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists, which upholds professional standards in the UK.
I love being involved with this amazing hands-on holistic therapy and knowing that my clients 'feel good' at the end of a treatment session. Each treatment I give is completely personalised and dependent on individual needs. I include some chinese foot massage techniques in my treatments where appropriate.
I am particularly interested in the effects of stress on our bodies and how reflexology can help ease its impact thereby improving both physical and mental health. This interest includes the role of stress in fertility issues.

Your Feet: a pathway to health
I discovered reflexology (a non-intrusive complementary therapy) when I finally acknowledged that the stress of my busy life was having a negative effect on my body. I realised I was far from physically healthy or mentally calm. I started having regular reflexology treatments and discovered that its amazing ability to help relax my mind and body resulting in me feeling so much better, I was back in control. The specific type of even pressure used across my feet was not only healing but felt wonderful too. As I read more about this holistic therapy I became fascinated and this led me onto professional training.
My Locations
I work from my home practice in Academy Drive, Gillingham. My practice is easily accessed from Rochester, Chatham , Hempstead and Rainham.
Appointments are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the day and evening.
